Peggy has been the cook at Harkness since 1992. She coordinates cookhouse management and delivering meals to research groups and meeting attendees.
Harkness provides a wide selection of meals for folks that covers everything from regular diets to vegetarian. If you have special dietary requirements let me know and we'll try and accommodate your request.
