Aquatic Research & Monitoring Section
I started at Harkness Lab in 2010 as a summer student. Since that time I have held a number of positions with the Harkness team including Resource Technician, Aquatic Biologist and, as of 2018, Senior Technician. My primary roles at Harkness are to oversee facility operations, provide field and logistical support for research projects, and maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
Principle areas in which I provide support include:
- Research project management and implementation
- Application of fisheries assessments
- Fish age and growth analysis
- GIS and data management
- Health and safety
