G'day, G'day. I was the maintenance mechanic at Harkness... there were no dull moments. I retired at the end of May 2010 to take on new things in life - like grandchildren!
My job included opening Harkness in spring and closing it in late fall; and the repairs that go with opening and closing. In between, work included plumbing, electrical, vehicle/boat/ski-doo maintenance, engine repair, cabin repair and maintenance, boathouse maintanance, cookhouse maintenance, scientist management, road repair/maintenance, warehouse management.... well, you get the picture.
